Approach & Exit Ramps
Trucks require smooth transitions onto the weighing surface. Standard installations require concrete or prefabricated steel approach ramps (typically 3m to 5m in length) at each end.
Side Clearance Allowance
To facilitate easy cleaning, safe vehicle tracking, and quarterly calibration, maintain an unobstructed 1-meter clear zone along both flanks of the deck.
Safety Guide Rails
